Shipping & delivery
How private is shipping?
Plain box, no logos, no markings, return address listed as Nancyslems. Customs labels use the parent company name only.
How quickly does it arrive?
Standard US shipping is 2–4 business days, free on all orders. Expedited (1–2 days) available at checkout. International orders typically 5–10 business days with duties paid upfront.
Do you ship globally?
Canada, UK, Australia, and the EU. We pay duties in advance so there are no surprise charges at delivery.
Returns & warranty
What's your return policy?
30 days, full refund, free return shipping. We accept returns on used products — refunds are not based on condition. Returned items are recycled.
How long is the warranty?
Two years on all devices. Covers manufacturing defects, motor failure, battery issues, silicone separation. Free replacement or repair plus shipping.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email [email protected] with a photo and order number. We send a replacement the same day in most cases, with a prepaid return label.

Is it waterproof?
Yes — IPX7 rated, fully submersible up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. Shower, bath, and pool safe.
How quiet is it?
33–48 dB depending on intensity — quieter than a soft conversation. Verified by an independent audiology lab.
Using your device
How long does the battery last?
Up to 120 minutes per charge, depending on intensity. Fully charges in 90 minutes via the included USB-C magnetic base.
How do I clean it?

Can I take it while traveling?
Yes — TSA-friendly, silk pouch included, travel lock (hold button 5 seconds) prevents accidental activation.
